The 5 min pizza…..

We all work in a busy world and in a very busy environment. Some days we even don’t have enough time to cook and eat a healthy diet and some days we stay on the frozen ones. But still all the time we spend eating is always blissful and worth enjoying. There are few times when after coming back from a hectic work day I never feel like cooking and eating, and I especially prefer not to eat outside a lot. So it’s a very hard time to decide what to eat and what not.

There are lots of people around in , the same situation which I face in day to day life and for every little thing there is a good solution though. So we need to find it out and go by the ways it says. After facing the same problem a number of times I decided to eat well and in an easy manner, but to eat good we need to cook food and cooking really takes a lot of time, so I decided to have some shortcuts so as even fulfill my appetite and also have a happy sleep instead of eating outside and feeling heavy the whole night.

I try preparing some easy recipes and here are some easy ones for you too.

All time pizzas.

Easy chicken and stir fry vegetable pizza,

Main Ingredients:-

  • 1  can  (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell’s Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free) 
  • 1 prepared pizza crust (12-inch) . Ready to eat crust available .
  • 1  tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 3  cups
  • Frozen vegetables
  • 1/8  tsp. Garlic powder
  • 1  pkg. (About 10 ounces) refrigerated cooked chicken strips
  • 1  cup shredded Cheddar cheese (about 4 ounces)
  • Dried oregano leaves

Preparation time 5 mins and directions:-


1.  Spread the soup on the crust to within 1/4 inch of the edge. Bake at 450 degrees F. For 5 minutes.
2.  Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Add the vegetables and garlic and cook until the vegetables are tender-crisp, stirring occasionally. Around 2 mins.
3.  Spoon the vegetables on the pizza. Top with the chicken and cheese. Sprinkle with the oregano, if desired.
4.  Bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
So here’s ready your 5 min pizza. Eat and enjoy. Some veggies can omit the chicken part and add some potatoes to it.The best part is all ingredient mentioned are keeping calories in mind so you can substitute any of them and add your own list of items.

Now comes the desert part easy and effective ,

Granola Yogurt Parfait

Granola Yogurt Parfait,

Ingredients:- approx make for four.

  • Four 5.3 ounce container honey greek yogurt.
  • 4.1 ounce box fiber one chocolate 90 calorie chewy bar.
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries.

Take a medium bowl and combine the yogurt and honey portions of the honey greek yogurt. Spoon some of the greek mixture into four small bowls and add the coarsely chopped choclate bars, followed by small cut and full raspberries. Repeat with the remainning yogurt , granola bars and raspberries. It gives a whole lots of sweet and tangy taste with each spoon of it in mouth . You can feel the honey the lite yogurt and the crispy chocolate in it. All who dont like raspberries can change with strawberries or berries of any kind. Nuts can be added on top for decoration but not necessary.
